Ingredients:
- 2 shots of espresso
- Ground coffee
Procedure:
- First, brew ground coffee.
- Transfer the brewed coffee in a cup.
- Add two shots of espresso.
Gingerbread Latte
Ingredients:
- 1 c. of hot milk or soy milk
- 1/2 c. of hot espresso
- 1/3 c. of sugar
- 1/3 c. of water
- 1/4 tsp. of ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. of vanilla extract
- A 2-inch piece of fresh peeled and thinly sliced ginger
- Optional: Whipped cream
Procedure:
- Gingerbread Syrup: Get a small saucepan. Put the cinnamon, ginger, sugar, vanilla, and water. Bring the ingredients to a boil. Stir often until the sugar completely dissolves. Lower the heat and slowly simmer for about 15 to 20 minutes.
- Get your espresso and place it in a mug. Add the gingerbread syrup. Top it off with heated milk and garnish with whipped cream if you wish. Enjoy!
Espresso Creme
Ingredients:
- 1 oz. of heavy cream
- 1 shot of espresso
Procedure:
Simply pull a shot of espresso and combine it with an ounce of heavy cream.
Café Bonbon
Ingredients:
- 1/4 tsp. of vanilla extract
- 2 tsp. of cocoa powder
- 2 oz. of condensed milk
- 2 oz. of espresso
- 2 oz. of heavy whipped cream
Procedure:
- Whip the vanilla extract and cream using a hand mixer until peaks form.
- Pull 2 oz. of espresso.
- Pour it into a glass cup.
- Pour your condensed milk into a cup. It should of the same amount as your espresso.
- Top the cup with whipped cream.
- Sprinkle the cocoa powder on top
- Serve this Spanish “candy coffee” drink with a spoon.
Espresso Breve
Ingredients:
- 2 oz. of espresso
- 2 oz. of foam.
- 2 oz. of half & half
Procedure:
- Steam and froth the half & half at 145° to 160°F.
- Allow it to set.
- Pull a 2-oz. shot of espresso.
- Carefully pour the steamed half & half into a mug, holding back the foam.
- Pour half of the foam on top.
- Pour the espresso slowly into your mug.
- Top it with the rest of the foam.
Spicy Viennese Espresso
Ingredients:
- 1/2 tsp. of allspice
- 1/2 tsp. of cinnamon
- 2 shots of espresso
- 4 ground cloves
- Whipped cream
Procedure:
- Pull two shots of espresso.
- Put in a cup.
- Mix the ground cloves, cinnamon, and allspice.
- Top with whipped cream.
Macadamia Mocha
Ingredients:
- 1 cup of steamed milk
- 1 oz. of chocolate fudge
- 1 oz. of macadamia nut syrup
- 2 shots of espresso
- A dash of grated chocolate
- Some toasted coconut
Procedure:
- Pull two shots of espresso.
- Place in a cup.
- Add the macadamia nut syrup, chocolate fudge, and steamed milk.
- Top with toasted coconut and a dash of grated chocolate. Enjoy!
